Alright folks; here is a sneak peek at the baby blanket that will be available in May! There are two versions; red and tan. I won't tell you which one I like better. Here's a hint; the thunderbird is black in my favorite version.

Hello again,
Not a lot happening in the art world right now. I have a Pendleton baby blanket coming out. I think it looks really good. It will be unveiled May 12th - 14th in Seattle at the NAIHC trade show located at the Sheraton Seattle Hotel1400 Sixth Avenue Seattle, Washington 98101. I will have a booth there with a lot of my work, I will try to have a new Serigraph or maybe two there for sale as well.
On a personal note, I was recently accepted into law school! This is something I have worked pretty hard at for a long time so it was a big deal for me. I will be attending Seattle University School of Law.
That's about it for now, hope everyone is having a great spring take care.

Finally A new post

Hi everyone,

I know it has been a while since I last blogged. I simply forgot my password and how to sign in. A lot has happened since my last blog. Washington DC was great! I think the highlight was going to the archives and looking at historic pieces.
I've been doing a ton of traveling the last couple of months. I went to California twice. Once on a school field trip which was very educational. The second time was for our daughter's cheer competition in Anaheim. That was a fun trip too, we took the kids to Disney land.
As far as the art stuff goes, I was one of the artists who was at the 50th anniversary of the Heard Museum in Phoenix. That was quite an honor to be surrounded by such wonderfully talented artists.
So what is coming up?
"In the Spirit" is coming up, through the Washington State History Museum will be showing in June. I'll get an exact date for this later, I promise. I haven't applied yet but hope to get into this wonderful show again.
I designed a Pendleton blanket for the National Indian Housing Association and that will be available soon. It is Pendleton's first coastal baby blanket, and I don't know a price for that yet. It will be a limited edition blanket so if you want one let me know.
My next appearance will be May 12th -14 for the National Indian Housing Association conference in Seattle. I'll have a lot of work there, tons of serigraphs and cards and some dinnerware too. It should be fun, if your in the Seattle area you should stop by.

Hello From DC

Hey Everybody.

Lois and I are here in our Nation's Capital. The weather; cold. Forcast; more cold and drizzly. The art market begins bright and early on Saturday about 5am Pacific time, so we might be a little sluggish to start out.
We went to the National Museum of the American Indian today to drop off some of our work and do some set-up stuff. It is a beautiful facility.
We had a great dinner with some friends. It is so nice to actually know someone who lives here. We can't thank them enough for the wonderful time, and tremendous meal.
Thanks for reading this, I'll update when I can
Don't forget next week; Makah and friends in Seattle Wa, it's a great show we look forward to seeing you there.

Take care everyone
Pete
